The Gallery

Bastien Orsini created the Joal gallery in 2022 in Bastia, Corsica.

Focused on urban contemporary art, the gallery aims to participate in the already dynamic Corsican cultural life.
By highlighting local and international artists, the gallery is part of a process of insular artistic emulation.

One of the gallery’s primary missions is to support and promote Corsican art and artists.

It wants to be able to offer them first of all a local visibility through exhibitions and events set up on the island, but also represent them on the national and international stage through contemporary art fairs and salons.

At its opening, the gallery Joal has 5 artists permanent and proposes also lithographs, screen prints and prints by big names of street art like Banksy, Shepard Fairey or still Brusk
